Civic Service

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]It is an opportunity for young people aged 18 to 28 to dedicate a year of their lives to a commitment of solidarity understood as a commitment for the good of each and every one and therefore as a value of social cohesion.

The Civic Service guarantees young people a strong educational and training value, an important and often unique opportunity for personal growth, an opportunity for education for active citizenship, contributing to the social, cultural and economic development of our country.

Those who choose to work for twelve months in the Service choose to add a qualifying experience to their wealth of knowledge, which can be spent in the course of their working life, when it does not even become an opportunity for work, while at the same time ensuring a minimum economic autonomy.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row gap=”35″ margin_top=”100″][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”53175″ img_size=”medium” css=”.vc_custom_1622106002680{margin-top: 30px !important;}”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a European mobility scheme initiated by the European Union in 2009, which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs an opportunity to get a first-hand, practical coaching from experienced entrepreneurs running small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in one of the 28 EU Members States or in other countries part of the COSME programme. The programme helps new and host entrepreneurs to develop relevant skills for managing and expanding their own business.

The duration of the stay abroad can be between one and six months. The European Union provides some financial support to the new entrepreneurs for their stay abroad.

University internships

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]GEA has several agreements with Universities and institutions to host trainees in all its offices. Our idea of traineeship is offering young people the opportunity to grow professionally in the field they would like to build a career in.

We all remember how tough it was to access the working environment, and we have a vivid memory of our first experiences and mentors. That’s why we offer traineeships within our organisation, and make sure they represent a cornerstone in trainees’ development.

We are not looking for people to make coffee – we do manage this crucial task pretty well. We need people with fresh ideas and creativity, enthusiasm and willingness to be part of the team of GEA. Tutors and staff make sure that the traineeship develops personal and professional skills of the youngsters, and a variety of support initiatives are in place to support our former interns: tools to get in touch with potential employers, incubator opportunities. This is also why we prefer to accommodate one internship experience at a time, so that we can monitor the person with due attention, given our size.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row margin_top=”50″][vc_column padding_top=”5″ padding_bottom=”25″ padding_left=”25″ padding_right=”25″ bg_color=”#154b8c”][vc_column_text]
